Refund Policy

Here at SA-Techology Solution Pvt Ltd. (SA-Tech), we take all the pride in the services given by us. We also give assurance for your satisfaction with the products that we deliver. We at SA-Tech are continually trying to improve the services that we deliver. We aim to provide the best financial, accounting, and secretarial services online. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can contact us immediately. We will strive our best to give you a refund or a credit that can be used at SA-Tech in the future.

When you make any payment to SA-Tech, the payment in advance is used by SA-Tech in a client account. SA-Tech earns all such payments by working on the client's matter. It earns fees at various rates and times based on various milestones. So, the return shall not be granted for the earned fees. It is because resources and man-hours that are given in providing the service are non-returnable in reality. Furthermore, any payment made to the government entity can't also be refunded. SA-Tech would also not refund any amount paid to third parties with a purpose in processing your order.

Refund request :-

You can initiate your refund request at All the refund requests should be made within sixty days of the purchase; SA-Tech will process your refund within 15-25 business days only after receiving all sorts of information. It includes refund reason, bank account detail, and many more.

Change of service :-

In case of any replacement of service that you have ordered, you need to initiate a replacement request within 60 days. The purchase price exclusion earned fee and fee paid government entity will be credited to your SA-Tech wallet. You can use the balance to buy any other service in SA-Tech.

Standard pricing :-

SA-Tech has standard pricing. No additional fee is charged in any circumstances. However, the standard pricing does not apply to an increase in the customer's total fee due to a hike in government fees for the completion of any process.

Factors outside our control :-

SA-Tech will not guarantee the result of any specific procedure. For instance, the management may decline a trademark application; in such cases, SA-Tech doesn't guarantee the outcome.

Force majeure :-

SA-Tech is not liable for delay in performances for natural circumstances such as earthquake, fire, storm, flood, drought, landslide, hurricane, or any kind of natural calamities. It also includes the act of God, pandemic epidemic, famine, or any event beyond our control.

Cancellation fee :-

Since we are dedicating our time, workforce, and technology, our guarantees only cover satisfactions issued by SA-Tech. In case if you want us to keep the processing fee of service, we will retain it until you are ready to initiate the service. Before processing any refunds, the cancellation fee of 20% would be applicable for the cancellation.
