CBIC extend Due date of GST Compliance till 31st March 2021
As per the Notification No. 91/2020 dated 14th December 2020, GST compliance from 20th March 2020 to 29th November 2020 has been extended till 31st March 2021. This notification amend the earlier notification no. 65/2020 dated 1st September 2020.

E-way bill generation requirement
GST E-way bill now will be blocked wef 1st Dec 2020, if GSTR3B or CMP-08 for two tax period or more than two tax periods returns is pending. This blocking for every registered tax payer irrespective of turnover.

ITC-4 return for Job Work for the period from July 2020 to Sep 2020 can be file upto 30th Nov 2020.

As per Notification 88/2020 dated 10.11.2020
Now E-invoicing is mandatory from 01st Jan 2021 for each and every GST taxpayer (other than SEZ units) having turnover Rs. 100 crore or more in any financial year under GST laws. Earlier this Turnover limit was Rs. 500 crore.

The latest notifications that you will see in the GST portal is about the extension of the due dates. As per the circulars of GST council, all the due dates to file various GST forms have been extended. Most of the forms can now be filed within 31st October 2020.
So, if you have not yet filed any of the GST forms, you have the chance to file it within the due dates. This relaxation has been provided by all the taxpayers in the view of Covid-19.
